disas does not need to access the CPU env for any reason. Change the APIs to accept CPU pointers instead. Small change pattern needs to be applied to all target translate.c. 2015-06-22m68k: implement move to/from usp register instructionGreg Ungerer1-4/+4
Fill out the code support for the move to/from usp instructions. They are being decoded, but there is no code to support there actions. So add it. Current versions of Linux running on the ColdFire 5208 use these instructions. 2015-03-13tcg: Change translator-side labels to a pointerRichard Henderson1-4/+4
This is improved type checking for the translators -- it's no longer possible to accidentally swap arguments to the branch functions. Note that the code generating backends still manipulate labels as int. With notable exceptions, the scope of the change is just a few lines for each target, so it's not worth building extra machinery to do this change in per-target increments. 2014-03-13target-m68k: Remove custom qemu_assert() functionPeter Maydell1-19/+9
Remove the custom qemu_assert() function defined by target-m68k/translate.c in favour of either using glib g_assert_not_reached() (for the genuinely can't-happen cases) or cpu_abort() (for the "this isn't implemented", in line with other unimplemented cases in the target). This has the benefit of silencing some clang warnings about variables used while uninitialized (which are emitted because clang can't figure out that qemu_assert(0, something) never returns. Function gen_pc_load was introduced in commit d2856f1ad4c259e5766847c49acbb4e390731bd4. The only reason for parameter searched_pc was a debug statement in target-i386/translate.c. Parameter puc was needed by target-sparc until commit d7da2a10402f1644128b66414ca8f86bdea9ae7c. Remove searched_pc from the debug statement and remove both parameters from the parameter list of gen_pc_load. As the function name gen_pc_load was also misleading, it is now called restore_state_to_opc. This new name was suggested by Peter Maydell, thanks. v2: Remove last parameter, too, and rename the function. v3: Fix [] typo in target-arm/translate.c. Fix wrong SHA1 object name in commit message (copy+paste error). tcg_gen_exit_tb takes a parameter of type tcg_target_long, so the type casts of pointer to long should be replaced by type casts of pointer to tcg_target_long (suggested by Blue Swirl). These changes are needed for build environments where sizeof(long) != sizeof(void *), especially for w64. Problem: Our file sys-queue.h is a copy of the BSD file, but there are some additions and it's not entirely compatible. Because of that, there have been conflicts with system headers on BSD systems. Some hacks have been introduced in the commits 15cc9235840a22c289edbe064a9b3c19c5f49896, f40d753718c72693c5f520f0d9899f6e50395e94, 96555a96d724016e13190b28cffa3bc929ac60dc and 3990d09adf4463eca200ad964cc55643c33feb50 but the fixes were fragile. This replaces a compile time option for some targets and adds this feature to targets which did not have a compile time option. Add monitor command to enable or disable single step mode.
