Those functions are missing in MinGW.
Some versions of MinGW-w64 include defines for gmtime_r and localtime_r.
Older versions of these macros are buggy (they return a pointer to a
static variable), therefore we don't want them. Newer versions are
similar to the code used here, but without the memset.
The implementation which is used here is not strictly reentrant,
but sufficiently good for QEMU on w32 or w64.

Current qemu initializes curses even if -daemonize option is
passed. This cause problem because shell prompt appears without
calling endwin().
This patch adds new function, is_daemonized(), to OS dependent
code. With this function, curses_display_init() can check that qemu is
daemonized or not. If daemonized, curses_display_init() isn't called
and the problem is avoided.
Of course, -daemonize && -curses doesn't make sense. Users shouldn't
pass the arguments at the same time. But the problem is very painful
because Ctrl-C cannot be delivered to the terminal.

The default definition of setjmp which is implemented in MinGW-w64
cannot be used with programs like QEMU which call longjmp from
code without structured exception handling (SEH).
This code therefore disables stack unwinding.
We could also implement SEH for QEMU's generated JIT code, but
that is much more difficult. Stack unwinding would also cost
execution time.

As those defines are only used for w32,
they should be in the header file for w32.
All files which include slirp.h or qemu_socket.h also
include qemu-os-win32.h.

target-ppc/cpu.h now needs ffs(), too, so ffs() must be declared
before this file is included.
Moving the declaration from qemu-common.h to qemu-os-win32.h
(which is included in qemu-common.h early) fixes the compiler
warning for w32.

Move generic or OS related function declarations and macro
TFR to qemu-common.h.
Move win32 include directives to qemu-os-win32.h. While moving,
also add #include <winsock2.h> to fix a recent mingw32
build breakage.

Win32 does not support line-buffering, but it allows
unbuffered output.
Unbuffered output is a good approximation. For typical output
statements which usually end with '\n', it's even identical.
Buffered output is unusable for program traces because of
its large delay.

mingw32 does not define EPROTONOSUPPORT (which is used by
migration.c and maybe future patches), so add a
definition which uses a supported errno value.
