We now finally have TCG support for the basic set of instructions necessary
to run the s390-ccw machine. That means in any aspect possible that machine
type is now superior to the legacy s390-virtio machine.
Switch over to the ccw machine as default. That way people don't get a halfway
broken machine with the s390x target.

When the argument is non-zero, qemu_opt_foreach() stops on callback
returning non-zero, and returns that value.
When the argument is zero, it doesn't stop, and returns the callback's
value from the last iteration.
The two callers that pass zero could just as well pass one:
* qemu_spice_init()'s callback add_channel() either returns zero or
exit()s.
* config_write_opts()'s callback config_write_opt() always returns
zero.
Drop the parameter, and always stop.

-global does not work for drivers that have a dot in their name, such as
cfi.pflash01. This is just a parsing limitation, because such globals
can be declared easily inside a -readconfig file.
To allow this usage, support the full QemuOpts key/value syntax for -global
too, for example "-global driver=cfi.pflash01,property=secure,value=on".
The two formats do not conflict, because the key/value syntax does not have
a period before the first equal sign.

To complement qdev's bus-oriented info qtree, info qom-tree

By default, the machine composition tree is shown. This can be overriden

qemu_opt_set() is a wrapper around qemu_opt_set() that reports the
error with qerror_report_err().
Most of its users assume the function can't fail. Make them use
qemu_opt_set_err() with &error_abort, so that should the assumption
ever break, it'll break noisily.
Just two users remain, in util/qemu-config.c. Switch them to
qemu_opt_set_err() as well, then rename qemu_opt_set_err() to
qemu_opt_set().

Update -device FOO,help to include QOM properties in addition to qdev
properties. Devices are gradually adding more QOM properties that are
not reflected as qdev properties.
It is important to report all device properties since management tools
like libvirt use this information (and device-list-properties QMP) to
detect the presence of QEMU features.
This patch reuses the device-list-properties QMP machinery to avoid code
duplication.

But progress marches on, and conversion to QError (commit 0204276)
changed it into:
Invalid parameter 'driver'

Progress didn't stop there, of course. After a couple of iterations,

In an ideal world, machines can be built by wiring devices together
with configuration, not code. Unfortunately, that's not the world we
live in right now. We still have quite a few devices that need to be
wired up by code. If you try to device_add such a device, it'll fail
in sometimes mysterious ways. If you're lucky, you get an
unmysterious immediate crash.
To protect users from such badness, DeviceClass member no_user used to
make device models unavailable with -device / device_add, but that
regressed in commit 18b6dad. The device model is still omitted from
help, but is available anyway.
Attempts to fix the regression have been rejected with the argument
that the purpose of no_user isn't clear, and it's prone to misuse.
This commit clarifies no_user's purpose. Anthony suggested to rename
it cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet_due_to_internal_bugs, which
I shorten somewhat to keep checkpatch happy. While there, make it
bool.
Every use of cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet gets a FIXME
comment asking for rationale. The next few commits will clean them
all up, either by providing a rationale, or by getting rid of the use.
With that done, the regression fix is hopefully acceptable.

The qdev_free() function name is misleading since all the function does
is unlink the device from its parent. The device is not necessarily
freed.
The device will be freed when its QObject refcount reaches zero. It is
usual for the parent (bus) to hold the final reference but there are
cases where something else holds a reference so "free" is a misleading
name.

This reverts most of commit 3d1237fb2ab4edb926c717767bb5e31d6053a7c5.
The commit claims to sort the output of "-device help" "by
functionality rather than alphabetical". Issues:
* The output was unsorted before, not alphabetically sorted.
Misleading, but harmless enough.
* The commit doesn't just sort the output of "-device help" as it
claims, it adds categories to each line of "-device help", and it
prints devices once per category. In particular, devices without a
category aren't shown anymore. Maybe such devices should not exist,
but they do. Regression.
* Categories are also added to the output of "info qdm". Silent
change, not nice. Output remains unsorted, unlike "-device help".
I'm going to reimplement the feature we actually want, without the
warts. Reverting the flawed commit first should make it easier to
review. However, I can't revert it completely, since DeviceClass
member categories has been put to use. So leave that part in.

Categorize devices that appear as output to "-device ?" command
by logical functionality. Sort the devices by logical categories
before showing them to user.
The sort is done by functionality rather than alphabetical.

The existing code shows the "Bus '%s' is full" message even if name
is specified and different from bus->name (i.e. match=0).
The patch excludes unnecessary error message.

Drop an unreachable fallback bus assignment to SysBus.
If no ,bus= is specified, only search busses recursively for bus type if
the DeviceClass has a bus_type specified. Handle resulting NULL cases.

qdev-monitor.c is the only "core qdev" file that is not used in
user-mode emulation, and it does not define anything that is used
by hardware models. Remove it from the hw/ directory and
remove hw/qdev-monitor.h from hw/qdev.h too; this requires
some files to have some new explicitly includes.
