2020-10-27io: Fix Lesser GPL version numberChetan Pant1-1/+1
There is no "version 2" of the "Lesser" General Public License. It is either "GPL version 2.0" or "Lesser GPL version 2.1". This patch replaces all occurrences of "Lesser GPL version 2" with "Lesser GPL version 2.1" in comment section. Signed-off-by: Chetan Pant <chetan4windows@gmail.com> Acked-by: Daniel P. 2016-05-26io: avoid double-free when closing QIOChannelBufferDaniel P. Berrange1-0/+1
The QIOChannelBuffer's close implementation will free the internal data buffer. It failed to reset the pointer to NULL though, so when the object is later finalized it will free it a second time with predictable crash. 2016-02-15io: convert QIOChannelBuffer to use uint8_t instead of charDaniel P. Berrange1-1/+1
The QIOChannelBuffer struct uses a 'char *' for its data buffer. It will give simpler type compatibility with the migration APIs if it uses 'uint8_t *' instead, avoiding several casts. Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrange <berrange@redhat.com>
2016-02-04io: Clean up includesPeter Maydell1-0/+1
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers which it implies are not included manually. This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes. Signed-off-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org> Message-id: 1454089805-5470-14-git-send-email-peter.maydell@linaro.org
2015-12-18io: add QIOChannelBuffer classDaniel P. Berrange1-0/+248
Add a QIOChannel subclass that is capable of performing I/O to/from a memory buffer. This implementation does not attempt to support concurrent readers & writers. It is designed for serialized access where by a single thread at a time may write data, seek and then read data back out. Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrange <berrange@redhat.com>
