2016-10-24char: replace PROP_CHR with CharBackendMarc-André Lureau6-6/+9
Store the property in a CharBackend instead of CharDriverState*. This also replace systematically chr by chr.chr to access the CharDriverState*. The following patches will replace it with calls to qemu_chr_fe CharBackend functions. Since commit b6607a1a204d, serial_hds_isa_init() was introduced to factor out serial_isa_init() loops. However, sun4uv shouldn't start from 0 when there is a mm serial on 0 already. Add a "from" argument to serial_hds_isa_init(). Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard collisions less likely. Offenders found with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl -vn. Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones. Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
