There are no known users of this CPU anymore, and there are no
binaries available online which could be used for regression tests,
so the code has likely completely bit-rotten already. It's been
marked as deprecated since two releases now and nobody spoke up
that there is still a need to keep it, thus let's remove it now.

TILE-Gx was only implemented in linux-user mode, but support for this CPU
was removed from the upstream Linux kernel in 2018, and it has also been
dropped from glibc, so there is no new Linux development taking place with
this architecture. For running the old binaries, users can simply use older
versions of QEMU.

These changes (along with corresponding Linux kernel and qboot changes)
enable a guest to be booted using the x86/HVM direct boot ABI.
This commit adds a load_elfboot() routine to pass the size and
location of the kernel entry point to qboot (which will fill in
the start_info struct information needed to to boot the guest).
Having loaded the ELF binary, load_linux() will run qboot
which continues the boot.
The address for the kernel entry point is read from an ELF Note
in the uncompressed kernel binary by a helper routine passed
to load_elf().

Most files that have TABs only contain a handful of them. Change
them to spaces so that we don't confuse people.
disas, standard-headers, linux-headers and libdecnumber are imported
from other projects and probably should be exempted from the check.
Outside those, after this patch the following files still contain both
8-space and TAB sequences at the beginning of the line. Many of them
have a majority of TABs, or were initially committed with all tabs.

Regarding R5900 CPU, some sources indicate that the Emotion Engine

claim it was a joint effort. It therefore makes sense to refer to

EM_MOXIE now has a proper assigned elf code. Use it. Register the old
interim value as EM_MOXIE_OLD and accept either in elf loading.

On s390, we would like to load our "BIOS" s390-ccw.img to the end of the
RAM. Therefor we need the possibility to relocate the ELF file so that
it can also run from different addresses. This patch adds the necessary
code to the QEMU ELF loader function.

The ARM kernel has chosen to spill into the HWCAP2 ELF feature bit flags
early, even though it hasn't yet exhausted all 32 bits of the HWCAP word.
Add support for setting this in the same way we do for HWCAP.

No need to set up a SIGILL signal handler for detection anymore.
Remove a ton of sanity checks that must be true, given that we're
requiring a 64-bit build (the note about 31-bit KVM is satisfied
by configuring with TCI).

With this patch dump-guest-memory on s390 produces an ELF formatted,
crash-readable dump.
In order to implement this, the arch-specific part of dump-guest-memory
was added:
target-s390x/arch_dump.c contains the whole set of function for writing
Elf note sections of all types for s390x.
