Mass Storage Reset and Get Max LUN are class specific requests, but they were not marked as such in hw/usb-msd.c, moved therefore ClassInterfaceRequest and ClassInterfaceOutRequest from hw/usb-net.c to hw/usb.h. Furthermore there was a problem in hw/usb-ohci.c when using DEBUG concerning systems where size_t is a 32 bit integer (printf resulted in a segmentation fault). 2010-03-16qemu-option: Move the implied first name into QemuOptsListMarkus Armbruster1-1/+1
We sometimes permit omitting the first option name, for example -device foo is short for -device driver=foo. The name to use ("driver" in the example) is passed as argument to qemu_opts_parse(). For each QemuOptsList, we use at most one such name. Move the name into QemuOptsList, and pass whether to permit the abbreviation. This ensures continued consistency, and simplifies the commit after next in this series.

Since commit 747bbdf7 QEMU_WARN_UNUSED_RESULT is never defined as it is conditional on a define from config-host.h which is included only later. Include that file earlier to get the warnings back. Reactivating it unfortunately leads to some warnings about unused qdev_init results. These calls are changed to qdev_init_nofail to avoid build failures. 2009-12-12qdev: Replace device names containing whitespaceMarkus Armbruster1-2/+2
Device names with whitespace require quoting in the shell and in the monitor. Some of the offenders are also overly long. Some have a more convenient alias, some don't. The place for verbose device names is DeviceInfo member desc. The name should be short & sweet. Using the qdev name for the product description makes for inconvenient qdev names. Put the product description in new USBDeviceInfo member product_desc. Make usb_qdev_init() use it. 2009-09-12Fix sys-queue.h conflict for goodBlue Swirl1-7/+7
Problem: Our file sys-queue.h is a copy of the BSD file, but there are some additions and it's not entirely compatible. Because of that, there have been conflicts with system headers on BSD systems. Some hacks have been introduced in the commits 15cc9235840a22c289edbe064a9b3c19c5f49896, f40d753718c72693c5f520f0d9899f6e50395e94, 96555a96d724016e13190b28cffa3bc929ac60dc and 3990d09adf4463eca200ad964cc55643c33feb50 but the fixes were fragile. 2009-07-09Don't leak VLANClientState on PCI hot removeMark McLoughlin1-5/+5
destroy_nic() requires that NICInfo::private by a PCIDevice pointer, but then goes on to require that the same pointer matches VLANClientState::opaque. That is no longer the case for virtio-net since qdev and wasn't previously the case for rtl8139, ne2k_pci or eepro100.
