Per core ISR is a set of 32-bit registers spaced by 8 bytes.
This patch fixed calculation of it's size and also added check
of alignment at reading & writing.

As suggested by Philippe Mathieu-Daudé, rework Loongson's liointc:
1, Move macro definitions to loongson_liointc.h;
2, Remove magic values and use macros instead;
3, Replace dead D() code by trace events.

According to the loongson spec
(http://www.loongson.cn/uploadfile/cpu/3B1500/Loongson_3B1500_cpu_user_1.pdf)
and the macro definition(#define R_PERCORE_ISR(x) (0x40 + 0x8 * x)), we know
that the ISR size per CORE is 8, so here we need to divide
(addr - R_PERCORE_ISR(0)) by 8, not 4.

Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
--pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
$(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

Loongson-3 has an integrated liointc (Local I/O Interrupt Controller).
It is similar to Goldfish interrupt controller, but more powerful (e.g.,
it can route external interrupt to multi-cores).
Documents about Loongson-3's liointc:
