2023-08-07hw/i386/vmmouse:add relative packet flag for button statusZongmin Zhou1-3/+12
The buttons value use macros instead of direct numbers. If request relative mode, have to add this for guest vmmouse driver to judge this is a relative packet. otherwise, vmmouse driver will not match the condition 'status & VMMOUSE_RELATIVE_PACKET', and can't report events on the correct(relative) input device, result to relative mode unuseful. 2021-12-18hw/i386/vmmouse: Require 'i8042' property to be setPhilippe Mathieu-Daudé1-0/+4
If the 'i8042' property is not set, mouse events handled by vmmouse_mouse_event() end calling i8042_isa_mouse_fake_event() with a NULL argument, resulting in ps2_mouse_fake_event() being called with invalid PS2MouseState pointer. 2021-11-01hw/i386: fix vmmouse registrationPavel Dovgalyuk1-0/+1
According to the logic of vmmouse_update_handler function, vmmouse should be registered as an event handler when it's status is zero. vmmouse_read_id resets the status but does not register the handler. This patch adds vmmouse registration and activation when status is reset. 2020-09-09Move QOM typedefs and add missing includesEduardo Habkost1-3/+4
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros. This makes it difficult to automatically replace their definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE. 2020-06-10hw/i386/vmport: Define enum for all commandsLiran Alon1-12/+6
No functional change. Defining an enum for all VMPort commands have the following advantages: * It gets rid of the error-prone requirement to update VMPORT_ENTRIES when new VMPort commands are added to QEMU. * It makes it clear to know by looking at one place at the source, what are all the VMPort commands supported by QEMU. 2019-08-16Include hw/qdev-properties.h lessMarkus Armbruster1-1/+1
In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h). Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h) actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there instead. hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h. Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h. While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h. Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects. 2019-08-16Include hw/hw.h exactly where neededMarkus Armbruster1-1/+0
In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/hw.h triggers a recompile of some 2600 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h). The previous commits have left only the declaration of hw_error() in hw/hw.h. This permits dropping most of its inclusions. Touching it now recompiles less than 200 objects. 2019-08-16Include migration/vmstate.h lessMarkus Armbruster1-0/+2
In my "build everything" tree, changing migration/vmstate.h triggers a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h). hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers include it just to get VMStateDescription. The previous commit made that unnecessary. Include migration/vmstate.h only where it's still needed. Touching it now recompiles only some 1600 objects.
