2021-01-18gdbstub: drop CPUEnv from gdb_exit()Alex Bennée1-3/+3
gdb_exit() has never needed anything from env and I doubt we are going to start now. 2020-02-12build: move TARGET_GPROF to config-host.makPaolo Bonzini1-3/+3
TARGET_GPROF is the same for all targets, write it to config-host.mak instead. 2019-10-28*-user: plugin syscallsEmilio G. Cota1-6/+15
To avoid too much duplication add a wrapper that the existing trace and the new plugin calls can live in. We could move the -strace code here as well but that is left for a future series as the code is subtly different between the bsd and linux. Signed-off-by: Emilio G. 2019-06-10cpu: Replace ENV_GET_CPU with env_cpuRichard Henderson1-3/+3
Now that we have both ArchCPU and CPUArchState, we can define this generically instead of via macro in each target's cpu.h. Reviewed-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org> Acked-by: Alistair Francis <alistair.francis@wdc.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Henderson <richard.henderson@linaro.org>
2016-06-28trace: [*-user] Add events to trace guest syscalls in syscall emulation modeLluís Vilanova1-0/+9
Adds two events to trace syscalls in syscall emulation mode (*-user): * guest_user_syscall: Emitted before the syscall is emulated; contains the syscall number and arguments. * guest_user_syscall_ret: Emitted after the syscall is emulated; contains the syscall number and return value. 2016-06-16os-posix: include sys/mman.hPaolo Bonzini1-1/+0
qemu/osdep.h checks whether MAP_ANONYMOUS is defined, but this check is bogus without a previous inclusion of sys/mman.h. Include it in sysemu/os-posix.h and remove it from everywhere else. Reviewed-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>

2013-05-12bsd-user: OS-agnostic 64-bit SYSCTL typesEd Maste1-3/+4
Use existence of type as #ifdef condition rather than FreeBSD-specific version check, as suggested by Patrick Welche. Also handle the signed (CTLTYPE_S64) case identically to the unsigned (CTLTYPE_U64) case, per later patches in the FreeBSD ports tree (emulators/qemu-devel/files/patch-z-arm-bsd-user-001).
