tcg-sparc: Fixup function argument types
Use TCGReg everywhere appropriate. Use int32_t for all arguments that may be registers or immediate constants. Merge tcg_out_addi into its only caller. Signed-off-by: Richard Henderson <rth@twiddle.net>
