target-ppc: Scalar Non-Signalling Conversions
This patch adds the non-signalling scalar conversion instructions:
- VSX Scalar Convert Single Precision to Double Precision
Non-Signalling (xscvspdpn)
- VSX Scalar Convert Double Precision to Single Precision
Non-Signalling (xscvdpspn)
