SiFive Freedom E Series RISC-V Machine
This provides a RISC-V Board compatible with the the SiFive Freedom E SDK.
The following machine is implemented:
- 'sifive_e'; CLINT, PLIC, UART, AON, GPIO, QSPI, PWM
