machine: Conversion of QEMUMachineInitArgs to MachineState
Total removal of QEMUMachineInitArgs struct. QEMUMachineInitArgs's fields are copied into MachineState. Removed duplicated fields from MachineState. All the other changes are only mechanical refactoring, no semantic changes.
