accel/tlb: Add tlb_flush_range_by_mmuidx_all_cpus_synced()
Forward tlb_flush_page_bits_by_mmuidx_all_cpus_synced to
tlb_flush_range_by_mmuidx_all_cpus_synced passing TARGET_PAGE_SIZE.
