Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/huth/tags/coldfire-20170219' into staging
Updates for the m68k ColdFire machines:
- Remove the obsolete dummy machine
- QOMify the ColdFire interrupt controller
- Volunteer for maintaining the orphan ColdFire boards
