* thread.h (pthread_mutex::isGoodInitializerOrBadObject): Declare.
* thread.cc (pthread_mutex::isGoodInitializerOrBadObject): Implement.
(pthread_mutex::init): Use isGoodInitializerOrBadObject to avoid
unneeded SEGV's during debugging.
