* pinfo.h (pinfo): Un-inline release.
* pinfo.cc (pinfo::release): Move here from pinfo.h.
* sigproc.cc (proc_terminate): Remove bogus 'pinfo child' which caused strange
destruction of random regions of memory when destructor was invoked.
