[AMDGPU] Add NoaliasAddrSpace to AAMDnodes (#149247)
This is the following PR of
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/136553 which calculate
NoaliasAddrSpace.
This PR carries the info calculated into MIR by adding it into AAMDnodes
