From 24d9f53ab0233bc385233c584abaeecbb75b04d1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Joseph Myers Date: Wed, 9 Aug 2017 18:10:52 +0000 Subject: Remove __qaddr_t. bits/types.h defines a type __qaddr_t that is not used anywhere in glibc. It doesn't appear to be widely used outside glibc either (judging by codesearch.debian.net, where hits are generally copies of definitions of this type, not uses), so it seems appropriate to remove this type, which this patch does. Tested for x86_64. * posix/bits/types.h (__qaddr_t): Remove. --- posix/bits/types.h | 1 - 1 file changed, 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'posix') diff --git a/posix/bits/types.h b/posix/bits/types.h index e2f73a8..2f37478 100644 --- a/posix/bits/types.h +++ b/posix/bits/types.h @@ -188,7 +188,6 @@ __STD_TYPE __SYSCALL_ULONG_TYPE __syscall_ulong_t; /* These few don't really vary by system, they always correspond to one of the other defined types. */ typedef __off64_t __loff_t; /* Type of file sizes and offsets (LFS). */ -typedef __quad_t *__qaddr_t; typedef char *__caddr_t; /* Duplicates info from stdint.h but this is used in unistd.h. */ -- cgit v1.1
