Subject: * sunrpc/Makefile (librpcsvc-no-lib-dep): New variable.

	* extra-lib.mk: If $(lib)-no-lib-dep is defined and MAKELEVEL>0,
	make `others' rather than `lib-noranlib' depend on the libraries.
