The first segment in a shared library may be read-only, not executable.
To support LD_PREFER_MAP_32BIT_EXEC on such shared libraries, we also
check MAP_DENYWRITE to decide if MAP_32BIT should be passed to mmap.
Normally the first segment is mapped with MAP_COPY, which is defined
as (MAP_PRIVATE | MAP_DENYWRITE). But if the segment alignment is
greater than the page size, MAP_COPY isn't used to allocate enough
space to ensure that the segment can be properly aligned. Map the
first segment with MAP_COPY in this case to fix BZ #30452.

Changes in v2:
1. Update commit log.
commit 163f625cf9becbb82dfec63a29e566324129c0cd

elf: Remove excessive p_align check on PT_LOAD segments [BZ #28688]
removed the p_align check against the page size. It caused the loader
error or crash on elf/tst-p_align3 when loading elf/tst-p_alignmod3.so,
which has the invalid p_align in PT_LOAD segments, added by
commit d8d94863ef125a392b929732b37e07dc927fbcd1

The loader failure caused by a negative length passed to __mprotect is
random, depending on architecture and toolchain. Update _dl_map_segments
to detect invalid holes. This fixes BZ #28838.

I used these shell commands:
../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright
(cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]")
and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning:
copyright statement not found" for each of 7061 files FOO.
I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h,
support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and
sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following
obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah. I don't
know why I run into these diagnostics whereas others evidently do not.

On Linux/x86-64, for elf/tst-align3, we now get
munmap(0x7f88f9401000, 1126424) = 0
instead of
munmap(0x7f1615200018, 544768) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)

When PT_LOAD segment alignment > the page size, allocate enough space to
ensure that the segment can be properly aligned. This change helps code
segments use huge pages become simple and available.
