(_init, _fini): Use GLOBAL as storage class. Add self reference to avoid GCC optimizing out the functions. * Makefile (headers): Remove $(stddef.h). * Makeconfig (stddef.h): Variable removed; now require gcc version >= 2.2. * stddef.h: File removed.
