* pthread_mutex_lock.c: Preserve FUTEX_WAITERS bit when dead owner
is detected.
* pthread_mutex_timedlock.c: Likewise.
* pthread_mutex_trylock.c: Likewise.

* Makefile (tests): Add tst-robust9 and tst-robustpi9.
