math: Remove slow paths in tan [BZ #15267]
Remove slow paths in tan. Add ULP annotations. Merge 'number' into 'mynumber'. Remove unused entries from tan constants. Reviewed-By: Paul Zimmermann <Paul.Zimmermann@inria.fr>
