* sysdeps/alpha/ffs.S: Schedule for EV5. Add ffsl and ffsll
entry points.
* sysdeps/alpha/ffsll.S: New file. Empty.
* sysdeps/generic/ffs.c: Add ffsl and ffsll entry points.
* sysdeps/generic/ffsll.c: New file.
* string/Makefile (routines): Add ffsll.
