* malloc/free.c (__malloc_safe_bcopy, memmove): Don't define
#ifdef emacs. * malloc/realloc.c: Likewise. * stdio/_itoa.c (_EXTERN_INLINE): Define to empty before #include "_itoa.h". (_itoa): Function removed.
