* stdio-common/printf_fp.c: #ifdef out long double handling code if
__NO_LONG_DOUBLE_MATH is defined to avoid warnings.
* stdio-common/printf_fphex.c: Likewise.
* stdio-common/printf-size.c: Likewise.
