* stdio-common/vfscanf.c: Finally handle multibyte decimal point and
thousands separator correctly.
* stdio-common/vfscanf.c: Use COMPILE_WSCANF not COMPILE_WPRINTF.
* stdio-common/vfwscanf.c: Likewise.
sequences with first byte 0x8e correctly.
