* locale/libintl.h: Rewritten by Ulrich Drepper for use with GNU
gettext code.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sys/param.h: New file.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Subdirs: File removed.
* libc-symbols.h (_LIBC): Define to 1, not just empty.
