PR 15483
* sysdeps/powerpc/nofpu/sim-full.c: Add FIXME note about
the need for thread-specific variables preserved across signal
handlers.
* sysdeps/powerpc/nofpu/soft-supp.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/powerpc/soft-fp/sfp-machine.h: Likewise.
