* stdio-common/vfscanf.c (_IO_vfscanf_internal): Allow
hexa-decimal floats without exponent.
* stdio-common/tstscanf.c (main): Adjust Test 8 test for success.
* iconv/gconv_charset.h (strip): Allow ':'.
