        Configure trace options from property values.

        hw_trace.c): Add new device files.

	the exit method.  Makes it possible for chirp emul simulations
	to abort upon an error.

	memory.
	* hw_memory.c: add claim and release memory methods.
	* hw_*: Use the claim memory method when allocating physical
	memory.
