Subject: Update for merge of main BFD and GDB's BFD.  Remove "_struct" suffix
 on all struct types -- they are in a separate namespace anyway. Move
 bfd_alloc, bfd_zalloc, bfd_realloc, bfd_release into libbfd.h, since external
 users shouldn't be calling them anyway.
