(Arm_relocate_functions::abs16): Use unaligned access. Also fix overflow check. (Arm_relocate_functions::abs32): Use unaligned access. (Arm_relocate_functions::rel32): Ditto. (Arm_relocate_functions::prel31): Ditto.
