Append a new part on command-line defined macros. gdb/testsuite/ * gdb.base/macscp.exp: New `options' parameter `-DFROM_COMMANDLINE'. (info_macro): Remova `decimal' declaration. New variable `nonzero'. Replace all uses of `decimal' by `nonzero'.
