Subject: gdb/ 	PR build/13638 	* configure.ac (MAKEINFO): Replace
 AC_CHECK_PROG by AC_ARG_VAR. 	(MAKEINFOFLAGS): Replace static string by
 AC_ARG_VAR. 	* configure: Regenerate.
