From da1e5f545cdb18a34d36f28350716246bc24958a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Pedro Alves Date: Tue, 12 Apr 2016 16:49:30 +0100 Subject: Don't call clear_quit_flag in captured_main This call seems pointless. For instance, a SIGINT handler is only installed later on. And if wasn't, I can't see why we'd want to lose a Ctrl-C request. Getting rid of this allows getting rid of clear_quit_flag. gdb/ChangeLog: 2016-04-12 Pedro Alves * main.c (captured_main): Don't clear the quit flag. --- gdb/ChangeLog | 4 ++++ gdb/main.c | 1 - 2 files changed, 4 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/gdb/ChangeLog b/gdb/ChangeLog index 6b4518c..46f8668 100644 --- a/gdb/ChangeLog +++ b/gdb/ChangeLog @@ -1,5 +1,9 @@ 2016-04-12 Pedro Alves + * main.c (captured_main): Don't clear the quit flag. + +2016-04-12 Pedro Alves + * exceptions.c (prepare_to_throw_exception): Don't clear the quit flag. diff --git a/gdb/main.c b/gdb/main.c index 93ed98f..c149b70 100644 --- a/gdb/main.c +++ b/gdb/main.c @@ -505,7 +505,6 @@ captured_main (void *data) dirarg = (char **) xmalloc (dirsize * sizeof (*dirarg)); ndir = 0; - clear_quit_flag (); saved_command_line = (char *) xstrdup (""); instream = stdin; -- cgit v1.1
