Assert that there are always saved regs. (deprecated_generic_get_saved_register): Do not require DEPRECATED_FRAME_INIT_SAVED_REGS. (legacy_get_prev_frame): Do not require DEPRECATED_FRAME_CHAIN, use frame ID unwind instead.
