This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.
gdb/ChangeLog:
Update copyright year range in all GDB files.

The common subdir sets up a cconfig.h file to hold checks for the common
code. In practice, most files still end up using config.h instead which
just leads to confusion.
Merge all the configure checks that went into cconfig.h into SIM_AC_COMMON
so we can drop the cconfig.h file altogether. Now there is only a single
config.h file like normal.

There's no need for the prog_name handed down to the core to be mutable,
so add const markings to it and all the related funcs.

Most of these prototypes have been killed off, but we have a few left
in the sim tree. Clean them up so we can enable the -W flag for it.

Two modifications:
1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

The sim_load_file func creates a buffer with arbitrary data in it (reads
it via the bfd). It then passes it on to a sim_write_fn which expects a
unsigned char buffer. Since sim_load_file itself doesn't care about the
contents, tweak the type to avoid signed mismatch warnings from gcc:
common/sim-load.c: In function ‘sim_load_file’:
common/sim-load.c:143: warning: pointer targets in passing argument 3 of ‘do_write’ differ in signedness
common/sim-load.c:143: note: expected ‘const unsigned char *’ but argument is of type ‘char *’

Makefiles can have their own clean targets.
* sim-load.c (xprintf eprintf): Use ANSI_PROTOTYPES instead of
__STDC__ to control use of stdarg vs. varargs syntax. Some
systems can't use __STDC__, but require stdarg.

(sim_main_headers): Add sim-trace.h.
* run.c (exec_bfd, target_byte_order): Delete.
(main): Pass -E <endian> to sim_open. Delete code to load sections,
call sim_load instead. Check return code of sim_create_inferior.
* sim-base.h (CURRENT_STATE): Define.
(sim_state_base): Make typedef. New members options, prog_argv,
prog_bfd, text_{section,start,end}, start_addr, simcache_size,
mem_size, memory [+ corresponding access macros].
(sim_cpu_base): New typedef.
* sim-trace.h: New file.
* sim-basics.h: #include it.
* sim-load.c: New file.
