* ldgram.y (vers_defns): Handle 'extern "C++" { ... }' in
version scripts.
* ldlex.l (V_IDENTIFIER): Accept `::' in symbols.

list entries; the lexer considers commas to be valid part of a
filename, so in something like `foo, bar' the comma is considered
part of the first filename, `foo,'.
