This commits the result of running gdb/copyright.py as per our Start
of New Year procedure...

This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py
script.
Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid
copyright header
(gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc).
As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit
leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header
was sent to gcc-patches first.

This changes the printf command's %s and %ls formats to special-case
NULL, and print "(null)" for these. This is PR cli/14977. This
behavior seems a bit friendlier; I was undecided on whether other
invalid pointers should be handled specially somehow, so for the time
being I've left those out.

I noticed more occurrences of improper test names. The rather mechanical,
tedious and large patch below addresses, hopefully, most of the leftover cases.
As usual, another pair of eyes is welcome to check if missed something or did
an invalid substitution.
This patch also fixes the prepare_for_testing calls to pass proper test names.

We find the following fails in gdb test on mingw host.

the \242 is expected in the test but cent sign is displayed.
In valprint.c:print_wchar, wchar_printable is called to determine
whether a wchar is printable. wchar_printable calls iswprint but
the iswprint's return value depends on LC_CTYPE setting of locale [1, 2].
The output may vary with different locale settings and OS. IMO, '¢'
(cent sign) is a correct output on Windows.
