This commit is the result of running the gdb/copyright.py script,
which automated the update of the copyright year range for all
source files managed by the GDB project to be updated to include
year 2023.

Clang up to version 15 (current) adds macros that were defined in the
command line or by "other means", according to the Dwarf specification,
after the last DW_MACRO_end_file, instead of before the first
DW_MACRO_start_file, as the specification dictates. When GDB reads the
macros after the last file is closed, the macros never end up "in scope"
and so we can't print them. This has been submitted as a bug to Clang
developers (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/54506), and PR
macros/29034 was opened for GDB to keep track of this.
Seeing as there is no expected date for it to be fixed, add a workaround
for all current versions of Clang. The workaround detects when
the main file would be closed and if the producer is Clang, and turns
that operation into a noop, so we keep a reference to the current_file
as those macros are read.
A test case was added to confirm the functionality, and the KFAIL for
running gdb.base/macro-source-path when using clang.

This commit brings all the changes made by running gdb/copyright.py
as per GDB's Start of New Year Procedure.
For the avoidance of doubt, all changes in this commits were
performed by the script.

The next-gen Intel Fortran compiler isn't flang-based, but emits
prologue_end in the same manner. As do the newer Intel C/C++ compilers.
This allows prologue detection based on dwarf for all newer Intel compilers.
The cut-off version was not chosen for any specific reason other than the
effort to test this.

The main goal of this patch is to get rid of a warning for the new Fortran
compiler:

Breakpoint 1 at 0x4048cf: file comp.f90, line 9.
While trying to fix this I analyzed DW_AT_producer of all latest Intel
compilers for C, C++ and Fortran. They do no longer necessarily start with
"Intel (R)" nor do they follow the internal and external version number
scheme that the original patch for this check assumed. Some newer compilers
even contradict the "intermediate" digit in the old version scheme and have
the MINOR number as the second digit, even when having 3 or 4 digits overall.
Therefore I rewrote the check to consider the first MAJOR.MINOR string found
as the version number. This might not be 100% correct for some older
internal compilers, but the only current user of this function is only
checking for the major version anyway. Hence this should be reliable enough
and extendable enough going forward.

Many spots incorrectly use only spaces for indentation (for example,
there are a lot of spots in ada-lang.c). I've always found it awkward
when I needed to edit one of these spots: do I keep the original wrong
indentation, or do I fix it? What if the lines around it are also
wrong, do I fix them too? I probably don't want to fix them in the same
patch, to avoid adding noise to my patch.
So I propose to fix as much as possible once and for all (hopefully).
One typical counter argument for this is that it makes code archeology
more difficult, because git-blame will show this commit as the last
change for these lines. My counter counter argument is: when
git-blaming, you often need to do "blame the file at the parent commit"
anyway, to go past some other refactor that touched the line you are
interested in, but is not the change you are looking for. So you
already need a somewhat efficient way to do this.
Using some interactive tool, rather than plain git-blame, makes this
trivial. For example, I use "tig blame <file>", where going back past
the commit that changed the currently selected line is one keystroke.
It looks like Magit in Emacs does it too (though I've never used it).
Web viewers of Github and Gitlab do it too. My point is that it won't
really make archeology more difficult.
The other typical counter argument is that it will cause conflicts with
existing patches. That's true... but it's a one time cost, and those
are not conflicts that are difficult to resolve. I have also tried "git
rebase --ignore-whitespace", it seems to work well. Although that will
re-introduce the faulty indentation, so one needs to take care of fixing
the indentation in the patch after that (which is easy).

Currently, GDB is not able to set a breakpoint at subprogram post
prologue for flang generated binaries. This is due to clang having
two line notes one before and another after the prologue.
Now the end of prologue is determined using symbol table, which was
the way for clang generated binaries already. Since clang and flang
both share same back-end it is true for flang as well.

This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py
script.
Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid
copyright header
(gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc).
As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit
leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header
was sent to gcc-patches first.

DW_AT_declaration on incomplete types. The bug was fixed in ICC 14,
so this commit adjusts GDB accordingly.
For the version check, this adds a new parser function for the ICC
producer string. While at it, it also adds unit tests for the
producer parsing covering the new function and preexisting parsers.
