	Ages ago, when we switched observables to be templates, Joel asked me to restore the parameter names that were used in the old observer.texi. I've finally done this, putting the names into comments. 	This is the next patch in the ongoing series to move gdbsever to the top level. This patch just renames the "common" directory. The idea is to do this move in two parts: first rename the directory (this patch), then move the directory to the top. This approach makes the patches a bit more tractable. I chose the name "gdbsupport" for the directory. However, as this patch was largely written by sed, we could pick a new name without too much difficulty. 2019-03-14	Make TUI react to "set style enabled"	Tom Tromey	1	-0/+4
	When the user toggles "set style enabled", the TUI should react by redrawing the source window, if necessary. This patch implements this behavior. No test because the TUI is generally not tested. 	While working on my other scripts to deal with gdb headers, I noticed that some files were missing include guards. I wrote a script to add the missing ones, but found that using the obvious names for the guards ran into clashes -- for example, gdb/nat/linux-nat.h used "LINUX_NAT_H", but this was also the script's choice for gdb/linux-nat.h. So, I changed the script to normalize all include guards in gdb. This patch is the result. 	This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py script. Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid copyright header (gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc). As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header was sent to gcc-patches first. gdb/ChangeLog: Update copyright year range in all GDB files.
2018-03-19	Convert observers to C++	Tom Tromey	1	-0/+235
	This converts observers from using a special source-generating script to be plain C++. This version of the patch takes advantage of C++11 by using std::function and variadic templates; incorporates Pedro's patches; and renames the header file to "observable.h" (this change eliminates the need for a clean rebuild). Note that Pedro's patches used a template lambda in tui-hooks.c, but this failed to compile on some buildbot instances (presumably due to differing C++ versions); I replaced this with an ordinary template function.
