Fix GDB regression related to PR binutils/14813.
* jit.c (mem_bfd_iovec_close): Return 0 for success.
* minidebug.c (lzma_close): Add return value comment.
* remote.c (remote_bfd_iovec_close): Return 0 for success.
* solib-spu.c (spu_bfd_iovec_close): Likewise.
* spu-linux-nat.c (spu_bfd_iovec_close): Likewise.

Two modifications:
1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
year ranges, as approved by the FSF.
