This introduces ui_out_emit_table, similar to the other existing
ui_out RAII classes, and then uses it in a number of places. This
replaces some cleanups.

This patch changes various places to use ui_out_emit_tuple,
eliminating a number of cleanups. This patch only tackles "easy"
cases, which are ones where the cleanups in question were
block-structured and did not involve any changes other than the
obvious replacement.

There remains questionable whether bfd_get_section_by_name() should not return
an error for !SEC_LOAD but I haven't investigated that.

This patch finalizes the C++ conversion of the ui-out subsystem, by
turning the ui_out and ui_out_impl structures into a single class
hierarchy. ui_out functions are turned into virtual methods of that new
class, so as a result there are a lot of call sites to update.
In the previous version of the patchset, there were separate ui_out and
ui_out_impl classes, but it wasn't really useful and added boilerplate.
In this version there is simply an ui_out base class that is
extended for CLI, TUI and MI.
It's a bit hard to maintain a ChangeLog for such a big patch, I did my
best but I'm sure there are some missing or outdated info in there...

Note: I needed to split this patch in two, otherwise it's too big for

This patch adds explicit casts to situations where a void pointer is
assigned to a pointer to the "real" type. Building in C++ mode requires
those assignments to use an explicit cast. This includes, for example:
- callback arguments (cleanups, comparison functions, ...)
- data attached to some object (objfile, program space, etc) in the form
of a void pointer
- "user data" passed to some function
This patch comes from the commit "(mostly) auto-generated patch to insert
casts needed for C++", taken from Pedro's C++ branch.
Only files built on x86 with --enable-targets=all are modified, so the
native files for other arches will need to be dealt with separately.
I built-tested this with --enable-targets=all and reg-tested. To my
surprise, a test case (selftest.exp) had to be adjusted.
Here's the ChangeLog entry. Again, this was relatively quick to make
despite the length, thanks to David Malcom's script, although I don't
believe it's very useful information in that particular case...

Most allocation functions (if not all) return a void* pointing to the
allocated memory. In C++, we need to add an explicit cast when
assigning the result to a pointer to another type (which is the case
more often than not).
The content of this patch is taken from Pedro's branch, from commit
"(mostly) auto-generated patch to insert casts needed for C++". I
validated that the changes make sense and manually reflowed the code to
make it respect the coding style. I also found multiple places where I
could use XNEW/XNEWVEC/XRESIZEVEC/etc.
Thanks a lot to whoever did that automated script to insert casts, doing
it completely by hand would have taken a ridiculous amount of time.
Only files built on x86 with --enable-targets=all are modified. This
means that all other -nat.c files are untouched and will have to be
dealt with later by using appropiate compilers. Or maybe we can try to
build them with a regular g++ just to know where to add casts, I don't
know.
I built-tested this with --enable-targets=all and reg-tested.

This commit alters two places that manipulate object file filenames
to detect "target:" filenames and to not attempt to manipulate them
as paths on the local filesystem:
- allocate_objfile is updated to not attempt to expand "target:"
filenames with gdb_abspath.
- load_auto_scripts_for_objfile is updated to not attempt to load
auto-load scripts for object files with "target:" filenames.

There is already "add-auto-load-safe-path" which works
like "set auto-load safe-path" but in append mode.
There was missing an append equivalent for "set auto-load scripts-directory".
ABRT has directory /var/cache/abrt-di/ as an alternative one
to /usr/lib/debug/ . Therefore ABRT needs to use -iex parameters to add this
/var/cache/abrt-di/ directory as a first-class debuginfo directory.
Using absolute "set auto-load scripts-directory" would hard-code the path
possibly overriding local system directory additions; besides it would not be
nice anyway.

This patch simply removes duplicated #include statements in the gdb/
directory. If there are two duplicated #include statements, this patch
keeps the first #include and removes the second.
Those duplicates have been found by using the checkincludes.pl tool from
the Linux kernel and double checked manually once again if the #include
statements are affected by #ifdef macros.

Simplify handling of auto-loaded objfile scripts.
.debug_gdb_scripts was always intended to handle more than just python,
thus the rightful home for the code that processes it is not in py-foo.c.
This is just a cleanup to move the code to a better place.
This also simplifies the handling of the ${objfile}-${suffix} auto-loaded
scripts. There's no need for each of the the handlers to do is-safe-to-load
checking, or call maybe_add_script. Doing it in the caller removes the
duplication.

In registry.c:registry_clear_data, the registered data is iterated and
invoke each 'free' function with the data passed:

we can see that data is passed to function 'free' and data is not NULL.
In each usage, we don't have to get the data again through key and
