* Makefile.in (install-info): Install info files from whatever directory they
were found in.
Patch from DJ Delorie:
* configure.bat: do c++filt -> cxxfilt right
* sysinfo.y: Include system header files early, so any potential declaration of
abort() occurs before its use.
