* src-release (DEVO_SUPPORT): Add ChangeLog, MAINTAINERS,
README-maintainer-mode, lt~obsolete.m4, ltgcc.m4, depcomp,
mkdep, and compile. Update comments.
(ETC_SUPPORT): Add ChangeLog and update comments.
