* Makefile.in (simops.h, table.c): Delete targets.
(tmp-gencode, gencode.o, gencode): Delete targets.
(simops.h): New file.
($(BUILT_SRC_FROM_IGEN)): Do not depend on simops.h.
* gencode.c: Delete file.
