* psim.c (psim_options): Ignore -E option (sets endianness).
* sim_calls.c: #include bfd.h.
(entry_point): New static local.
(sim_load): Return SIM_RC. New arg abfd. Set start address from bfd.
(sim_create_inferior): Return SIM_RC. Delete arg start_address.
